If you are interested to join the MISA organization, you can start to get one position in MISA learnership job. You can start by filling the apprentice position. Currently, there are 97 priority municipalities that can be filled by the apprentice. Those positions are located in several provinces such as Northern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, Limpopo, Eastern Cape, Kwazulu Natal, Mpumalanga, Western Cape, and Northwest Province. Meanwhile, the positions that can be filled by the apprentice is electrical, plumbing, bricklaying, motor mechanic, and diesel mechanic. Each position has a different qualification. For example, the diesel mechanic position requires technical grade 12 with Maths OR, engineering Science, full N2 engineering, N3 engineering with the relevant trade theory.

Meanwhile, electrical, plumbing, bricklaying, motor mechanic require engineering science, full N2 engineering, technical trade theory program quality assure by a SETA, relevant engineering NC(V), technical grade 11, and N6 Certificate with seven subjects at NQF level 2. In order to apply as the apprentice of that position, the applicant should send some relevant documents to the MISA organization. The required documents are curriculum vitae, the reference number of the applied trade, certified copies of relevant qualifications, certified copy of the South African identity documents, and proof of residential address. After applying and sending the required documents, you may need to wait for a while. In case, if there is no response within 90 days after submission, it means that your application is rejected.
